It’s May, and that means it’s time for the annual Tile Festival held at the Moravian Tile Works in Doylestown, PA.
If you wonder what the show is all about, take a look at last year’s roundup here.
If you like tiles of any kind, this is the place for you. It’s also a very comfortable environment for a show – it’s held in large tents, so that no matter what the weather is, you can be comfortable while you look around.
The show card tells it all! If you are in the area I hope to see you. My booth is in the second tent, in the middle of the space.
Fingers crossed for good weather!

The good thing here is we are inside a great big tent. Pretty much weather proof and comfortable. I put more weight on this kind of detail than I used to. But it’s always nicer in good weather. Thank you.

I still hope the weather is good as I feel it is more likely for people to be out and about visiting if it is. I know I can become a bit of a hermit when the weather is bad. I go into hibernation mode.

Yes, that’s it exactly. This show does have a dedicated following so it still draws but we need new people each year too, and a damp cold day is not too motivating. Plus I hate having damp feet.
