Lansdale Festival of the Arts Next Saturday, August 24

It’s time for that end of summer favorite show, Lansdale Festival of the Arts.

This event is dear to my heart – I’ve been participating for about 25 years and I love to return to the show each August. It’s held in a lovely shady park and the assortment of artists is high-quality. Something will grab your attention!

If you are in the area, stop by and enjoy a nice way to spend a late-summer day. The poster below gives the information as to time and location. I’ll be showing my acrylic paintings.

Tinicum Festival of the Arts this weekend, July 6 and 7

This long-running festival returns this coming weekend. I’ll be showing my acrylic paintings.

If you’re in the area, you can plan a whole day’s worth of activities right on site. The location is a very pleasant park, there is music and a tree-shaded picnic area and art and lots of food. I really enjoy this festival.

Next Weekend – Tile Festival at the Moravian Tile Works

Next up – one of my favorite shows. The 21st Annual Tile Festival at the Moravian Tile Works, Doylestown, PA, is scheduled for next weekend, May 18 (10 AM – 5 PM) and May 19 (10 AM – 4 PM).

This show features tiles of all kinds, and only tiles. And you don’t have to worry about the weather – it’s held under large tents that keep you safe from any weather worries with plenty of time to browse.

Here are some photos from past shows:

Newtown Welcome Day, Sunday, May 5 – Weather update

Heads up – I was planning to be here with my clay work this coming Sunday: the Newtown Welcome Day in Newtown, PA. But…an all day rain is predicted. As of now, I’m not planning to set up. After 25 years of show life, I’ve done my quota of shows in the rain and I just don’t want to anymore! Simple as that.

I’m sorry to cancel and I’ll mention that my next show is coming up in 2 weeks – the Tile Festival in Doylestown, PA. More details soon.

Thanks!
